- purchasing, maintaining, renting out, renovating, developing and selling residential properties including designing and building one of their homes as owner builders;

- planning and enjoying domestic and overseas holidays;
- acquiring a 40ft gaff rigged yacht for fun and exercise and enjoying it with friends and family;

- acquiring employment interstate as FIFO workers;
